Our covid-19 response & operations
KCS does not treat Covid-19 patients as we are a non-medical service. Additionally, KCS cannot enter the home of a person that has tested positive for Covid-19 or are presenting symptoms for the Covid-19 virus or any other viral infections, such as Covid-19 Delta Variant, Monkey Pox, SARS, Bird Flu or any other viral infections that are on the CDC infectious disease list.
KCS commits to protecting our customers , employees, partners and our community, therefore we follow all recommended health guidelines with regard to Covid-19, including wearing a mask while performing duties in and around the home, frequent hand washing, and social distancing as much as will be reasonably allowed. With this understanding, certain accommodations cannot be made due to the heightened sensitivity of contacting Covid-19 and or other highly infectious diseases. KCS will do as much as we can be offered to continue to accommodate our customers and meet our customer's expectations.
KCS does require each customer, employee, partner or contractor to survey and attest to a negative Covid-19 result as we see fit within reason.
KCS reserves the right to refuse service based on any violations regarding the stated policy.
